Exact venues, not approximations
NFHS, NCAA and NFL hash placements, Lucas Oil Stadium with its taped high school hashes, WGI floors and gym courts. Dots print correctly on every venue because they are stored on the field, not on a picture of it.

Every performer gets their coordinates, step sizes and a count-synced audio player with their section stem or their own part. Phone, tablet or laptop, online or off.
Full mix, section stem, click or your part
Arrangers upload a mix, stems and a click. Performers solo or mute stems and slow the tempo without changing pitch. A MIDI part plays as an instrument.
See it from the field
Scrub by count on a 2D field with your path, or switch to a first-person 3D view that looks where you are travelling.
Works with no signal
Save the book once and it opens on the bus, in the hotel and on a field with no coverage. Install it to the home screen like an app.
Judge feedback
Adjudicators record from their phone. Countoff transcribes the tape, aligns every comment to the drill and summarises by set and section before the ensemble is off the field.
A transcript that knows the activity
Terms like phasing, cover-downs, box 5 and front hash are transcribed correctly, with timestamps that jump the audio and the drill viewer to the moment.
Rehearsal plans and season trends
Time-boxed rehearsal blocks with sets to rep, and a view of what keeps coming up, what got fixed and what is new, with photographed score sheets alongside.
Private by default
Tapes are visible to staff unless a director shares them with section leaders or the ensemble. Student-facing digests are a deliberate choice, never the default.
Import and export
Import coordinate sheets from Pyware or EnVision as text, spreadsheet or a photo of the printed page. Export dot books, coordinate sheets and set charts as PDF, coordinates as a spreadsheet, and the whole organisation as a single archive whenever you want.
Photograph a coordinate sheet, get drill
Paste or photograph a printed coordinate sheet from your current drill software. Drill3D reads it, checks it with you and merges it into the show.
You own your data
Shows, audio, tapes and scores can be exported at any time as ordinary files. There is no lock-in and no export fee.
3D show renders
Every set can be viewed in 3D from the press box or from a performer’s eyes, and full shows render to cinematic video for previews, fundraising and recruiting.
